What can I expect?

The great thing about groups is they are all different. The format and atmosphere for the mountain climbing group will be a little different than the group that meets to pray over Tibet. The Group leader's phone number will be in their description. Once you find a Group you're interested in, give them a ring and they'll give you all the info you need.
